All participants agree to be contacted by the owner about possible apartments that may be offered during and after the competition. The owner will only unsubscribe subscribers from their database on written request to enquiries@tipi.london; 14. The winner accepts the lease. The lessor reserves the right to terminate the lease if the winner does not comply with the obligations stipulated in the lease. In addition, the lessor reserves the right to terminate the tenancy agreement for six months by providing the winner with at least two months in writing, in accordance with the termination clause of the tenancy agreement, if the winner`s behaviour is contrary to the behaviour of the tenants in the tenant portfolio of the landlord, but this does not include antisocial conduct. Tipi`s buildings in Wembley Park, Montana, Dakota, Alto and Landsby offer studio apartments, one, two and three rooms, with rents including all electricity bills and ultra-fast broadband, with the ability to rise to 1Gb/s ultra-fast. Most of the apartments have balconies and all provide access to private gardens. The 24-hour concierge and night security meet the daily needs of guests and additional services can be added to rentals such as secure underground parking, home cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning. 5.

All participants agree that the price of a 12-month rent-free period only begins for a rental contract within one month if the winner is informed of the result of the contest. In the event that the winner does not evacuate the apartment made available to the prize at the end of the 12-month period, the rent is owed by the winner to the lessor at the price and frequency set in the rental contract. The price does not include rental add-ons such as parking, space rental equipment, memory, sky TV or broadband upgrades above 40mb/s. The winner has the right to claim these add-ons as part of the rental agreement, but is charged at market value. The winner will receive an inventory showing the condition of the apartment and the contents at the beginning of the rental agreement. A check-out of this inventory will be prepared at the end of the winner`s lease and the winner will be obliged to pay compensation to the lessor for damage to the apartment or contents.
